We only invest where we have built genuine operating competence. Each sector has its own team, its own criteria and its own partner network.

The Group's sector diversification is not an end in itself: it follows from how our markets actually work. A business district in Abidjan requires structured finance; a mining concession in Katanga requires logistics; an agri-industrial complex in Zambia requires power.

Our five sectors therefore reinforce one another. They share the same structuring teams, the same risk framework and the same governance standards.
