An investment company built to last

From a Geneva office to markets on three continents
The Group was born of an observation shared by its founders: between large international funds, too far removed from the ground, and purely local players, often undercapitalised, there was room for an investor able to combine Swiss standards with a genuine operational presence.
The first transactions were carried out in income-producing real estate in French-speaking Switzerland, then in France and Portugal. The conviction sharpened: what makes the difference is not the investment thesis, but the quality of execution and of the partners.
Expansion into West Africa, then Central and Southern Africa, extended that logic. We apply the same method there: co-invest with well-established operators, structure rigorously, and stay invested long enough for value to materialise.
Today our portfolio spans more than twenty countries, five sectors and three continents — steered from a single decision-making centre in Geneva.

What guides our decisions
Rigour
An investment decision is prepared, documented and defended. No exceptions, whatever the pressure of the timetable.
Proximity
Our teams travel, visit sites, meet management and public authorities. Fieldwork is never delegated.
Loyalty
We honour our commitments, including when circumstances turn against us. Our reputation is worth more than any one transaction.
Usefulness
We favour projects that create skilled employment and process added value locally.
A legible structure
The Group is built around a Swiss holding company and dedicated vehicles by geography and asset class.
